ANCHORAGE - PORTIFORT

The components which make up this structural system are:

 Purlings.
 Frames.
 Front ends or lintels.
 Bracing.

 Anchorage:

These are the parts that join the columns to the foundations. The size of the parts used depends on both the shape of the columns and the forces they transmit to the foundations. Each set consists of a base plate and several anchor.
One end of the anchor is threaded to level and house the columns properly. The rods base plates are normally set 200 mm. beneath the floor surface in order to conceal them adequately.
