BANCO BEAMS - VILLOAR 2-BANCO

The components which make up this structural system are:

 Purlins.

 Banco beams:

These are the beams which give the roof on the VILLOAR 2 BANCO system its characteristic shape.
They are laid out over the entire roof area both crosswise and lengthways in accordance with the agreed modulation.
They are calculated for as continuous broken-directrix beams which cover the entire roof area. This is why the roof plane structure responds as a unit.

Zenith lighting over the entire building surface is the main aim behind the positioning of the beams, the skylights taking up position on the steepest planes of the geometrical form.

IPE or IPN profiles are used for the beams, which are assembled during erection with high-resistance bolts
